The west 11th store has the worst customer service EVER!!!! I was two days late on my payment and when they called to inquire about it which is fine, I told Katie the associate that I got paid on a certain date a few days later and would make my payment then. She was so rude and insinuated that I was lying about my pay date. I told her I called a few times the day before to let them know when I would be paying it and got no answer and she again she was rude and said " ya, I'm sure you did" insinuating that I was lying again. I will never purchase anything from Aarons again!!

I still give the same rating lots of lip service. They tell me I'm a good customer but they sure don't act like it. Actions speak louder than words

This company will do anything to scam you. A year in a half ago I bought a couch set that I absolutely loved. Within 3 months holes starting appearing in the fabric. They send out the store manager, Brian who takes photos and agrees with me that it's a manufacturing issue. He promised me he would replace it. Ignored all of my calls and texts shortly afterward. So I get ahold of Jennifer Garwood, the "regional manager " and she does the exact same thing. Promises me replacement furniture. After a couple of months of talking and texting she suddenly stops returning my calls and texts. Then they send me to Jennifer's boss and he too has decided to ignore me. So, to this day my couches continues to get holes in it monthly. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE but to those people

Hi so do you do repairs I bought a TV and a lap top from you and the laptop stopped working about a month after I finished paying for it and the TV stopped working about 2 weeks ago

You can ask them for a extended warranty but you have to do that about 2 to 4 weeks before the items get paid off. I had to call a repair guy. The TV Doctor. I can't remember off hand the phone number but he was good and reasonable on prices.
