I would never take this place seriously. They don't buy or sell all name brand. And what they buy is also discriminatory forwards the customers bring it in. Usually favoring only guests who are friends who the employees. Save your time and money and either consign to a consignment store or sell online. Most employees there were nice other than those that judge like the dude that favors woman he thinks he can benefit from. Think his name was Carlos .

I’m not really one to post bad reviews but I definitely should have listened to the other bad reviews on here. listen to me: do nottttt waste your time trying to sell here. the staff just really isn’t too friendly or helpful at all, everything is outdated and overpriced and they literally do not accept anything even if it’s brand new with tags and in style. take your clothes to buffalo exchange!!!! at buffalo they are way friendlier, way more helpful, and will actually walk you through their process of why they won’t take certain items, my husband and I took all the clothes plato’s didn’t want and sold them at buffalo!

Went in today with a weird feeling and a guy following me in. I tried not to think much about it but the guy continued to act weird, didn’t buy anything and waited outside as soon as I went to the check-out counter. I was feeling uncomfortable and they said it was totally ok to wait inside the store till he left. He just kept waiting around so the lady at the front offered to walk to my car. He continued to act sus until we couldn’t see him anymore and I drove away. Women supporting women, makes me want to continue supporting a quality Business. Super kind and understanding staff Plus super cute clothes!!
