Well I'm finally going to get my furniture. It only took 10 weeks and 2 salespeople to do it.the second one was extremely helpful, the manager not so much. I was supposed to get it in 6 to 8 weeks..... I never got a follow up call or anything when the delivery date came and went.

I purchased a fairly expensive sectional. It tore not long after having it. They “fixed” it but putting a layer of fabric over it and it came right back up and looks sloppy. Fast forward a little while the wood had broke. I take care of my furniture so it’s unfortunate this has happened all within 2 years. I called them to check it out again cuz I have a huge hole now where the wood broke and they can’t service it the outside company they use has to and I can’t get a hole of them.

Not the greatest of experience. Purchased a floor model table and chair set. Arrived with only 3 chair and one of them had a hole in seat. Said they would deliver in a week or 2. I called after a month and nobody seemed to know about or took responsibility. They delivered replacement chairs timely but arrived with one of the chairs damaged again. Now I get to wait for another chair. Plus manager feels my time is not that important as no compensation just blamed the delivery service. Very frustrating.

Reasonable prices and extremely nice displays. Very large selection of furniture, beds and decorations. Staff polite and helpful.
