I've lived in TGM for almost six years. It was Lodge at Seven Oaks when I originally moved in. As a person who is very particular about where to live, I have to admit that TGM really is a nice place to live. A few things I'd like to note: I recently needed to have some work done in my apartment (walls and carpets) and called the leasing office to inquire about the services. When I talked to the manager, Tierra, she was able to schedule to have the services done the very next week. This was a huge deal to me since I really needed both issues taken care of rather quickly. Each time I talked to her she followed through with what she said TGM would do to help. I know people complain about management but in the 5.5 years I've been here, I've seen the management get better, not worse. If I send an email, I might need to follow-up with a phone call (which is my preference anyway). If I really need an answer or resolve asap, I'll swing by the leasing office and talk to them in-person. Overall, I've not had any major issues with management. I'd also like to commend the maintenance team because these guys have been outstanding! I've never had an issue with them not responding within 24-48 hours. Months ago our AC thermometer gave out and maintenance came out asap to address the issue. When the toilet handle needed to be replaced, they fixed it the same day. They've even come out and twice to re-caulk the tub and they cleaned the tub drain when there was an issue with the water not going down. I understand that they have many tickets to respond to each day so I always appreciate the work they do! Finally, shoutout to whoever is in charge of the landscaping. Thank you for always keeping the grass cut and the bushes and flowers looking nice! This may seem like a minor thing but it makes a difference.

I have lived at TGM Odenton for a long time. The staff have been attentive and very supportive when I have asked for assistance. Highly recommend.

My husband and I officially decided to leave after a year of lease. Just like the many poor reviews, we were disheartened with how we were treated here by the management specifically Tierra and Sharae. They were unapproachable and condescending when it comes to our concerns regarding their email advising residents store their trash inside our apartments for a week or until the compactor is cleared, recent and sudden increase in our rent, and our phone calls regarding maintenance services were put on hold/disconnected several times. I sincerely hope this review helps them improve their services for their current and future residents.

Stayed here for roughly 10 months. I had to move do to work. I would honestly renew my lease if I had the chance to. Mrs. Brown made our move here comfortable, we had some disinterest in our intended apartment, and she made sure to resolve the issues immediately. As we were moving out, I wasn’t able to schedule a move out inspection on time…Mrs. Brown was able to go through it the day I needed to turn in my keys. The gym was essential to my stay here. It has everything you need. I’m not really a pool person, but it looked nice. The garages are okay, I used it for storage mainly. I will say, you pay for what you get. The asking rates are in the medium range for the area. 10 mins down the road are brand new apartments but just way out of my range, that’s mainly why we went with this community as it seemed competitive not only for price but for modernized living. For my military folks, I recommend these apartments. They’re very military friendly and will tailor themselves to fit your needs/requirements. Don’t do it. The gym has been unavailable since November 2018 and we were told it would b ready by February, we r in May and still no gym. Yet we are all paying for it n our rent but have no access to it or the clubhouse for using that movie theater. I’ve been here 2 years too long. This current management is the worst of the prior 3 (maybe 2). It’s bad. It’s not worth it. They now contract out all maintenance to private contractors and hold us residents to a higher standard for our contract then they do the contract of the maintenance people. When TGM took over. It was sum issues. But instead of addressing those they jumped on 9 feet forest changing everything making more issues and the older ones worse ...
