The staff there is really helpful, especially if you are a veteran. They take their time to make sure that all of your needs are met. When you go, plan to spend at least half a day getting enrolled, but it is time well spent.

No, but you may need to come on a certain day depending on what kind of help you need. They have updated job packets and computer access available at all times. However, certain specialist employees only work certain days each week, so call ahead to confirm the person you want to work with is scheduled to be in.
