Staff is friendly, but the wait time is horrible for a simple urine test. Everyone moves slower than a turtle ,to get you seen. I waited 3.5 hours to only give urine. It was not crowded and when I arrived, there were only 2 people in the waiting room area. I’m very confused of why it took such a long time to be called to the back. After such a long time, I became very irate and had to keep yelling for someone to do their job! This has happened every time I have had to come to this location, the entire staff needs to be fired as result. Horrible experience and makes me hate Concentra. I recommend any where but this location!!

It was a clean kept facility but the wait to see a provider is way too long for my liking. Treatment was good did the job

We are sitting on the dam floor,it's so crowded I'm holding my pee just to pee they moving slowly awful costumer service 😣😣😣😣

I went to do a drug screen for a new job. I get a call from the employer stating they messed up my sample. And I had to retake it. Major problem!!!
