Melissa Palmer is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Saint Paul Regency was a positive one. The location is also super convenient. I loved how I could easily explore the area without having to drive around to do so, lots of restaurants and cool things to do nearby. If you’re considering SPR, ask for Melissa, she’ll take great care of you!

Have stayed here for four years and enjoyed my time here. Can't beat the location where you can walk to almost everywhere you need (train/lightrail/subway station, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, museums, parks....and a bus station right in front of the building!). The building is old but just had floor and wall makeover recently. The manager, Melissa, is a very nice lady and has been very helpful with any issues I have. The studio isn't the biggest (~440sqft) but is perfect for singles, students, and young professionals (and affordable!). The 2B1B comes with a very spacious living room that is a great option if you have roommates. There's limited parking spots so I used the garage behind the building (1017 Charles), which is only few steps away through its back door.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST place I have ever lived. The building itself is old and offers no amenities and the management is full of liars. It's cheap but you definitely should not waste your money moving here. Run in the other direction... 1. There's a TERRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM. They crawl up drains, under doors, across the hallway walls... it's literally disgusting. The management is aware and the problem is not resolved. 2. THE MANAGEMENT LIES! The property manager, Melissa Palmer, is probably the laziest property manager ever. She'll tell you maintenance is coming and they never will, she's very rude, and she lies about your money. The women at the front desk won't get your packages for you unless the owner is there supervising. All around, the management is just very, very bad. 3. The maintenance "fixes" things about 2-3 times before it's actually done correctly or they break it even further. Then forget about telling the property manager because she'll likely do nothing. 4. There's no security. Random/sketchy people are always coming in and out, plus there was a homeless man sleeping in the gym for a while that management knew about. 5. The wall units for heat/air will run your BGE bill up. The basement laundry center is sketchy and dirty, plus the machines are costly to always be broken. I stopped using them because I was nervous to go in the dark basement by myself and it's nasty down there. Not to mention one of the two elevators (if not both) are always broken at any given time.
