i love living here! The neighbors are great, personnel is helpful. The biggest problem is parking. Parking is ridiculous!!

Other than my noisy upstairs neighbor, its very peaceful out here. Nobody selling drugs in front of ya house, the valet trash service 👌and the crew @ the leasing office provide excellent customer service.

No it's an additional $25 for water and they have central heat. You'll need to buy at least 2 air conditioners. 1 for your room and one for the living room. 3 if you go with the 2 bedroom or if you want to put one in the den.
