This place is horrible!!! My daughters child support case got sent over to them and it’s been months since she heard anything back , every time she calls they say they don’t know. The system supports deadbeats .

I have the worst judge in America! Judge Floyd to be exact. The system is a joke, no matter what kind of proof you have she don't care. It's like her mind is already made up before you even get into the room. How can you let a 4yrs old kid go with someone (his dad) who has a mental disability unsupervised? I have proof of the lateness, the no shows and she don't even care to see it. According to her "we have to see things thru his (the father) eyes". She don't care that I have other children, and they are in sports. All she care about is that (the dad) get his visits even though he's the one that cancel and make excuses after excuse why he can't do something. I pray to God that nothing happens to my kid while in his care!!

As they say system is broken. That is correct. You can barely get anyone on the phone and they don't really tend to care about the safety of a child. How does a woman that had their children taken away for abuse able to get full custody? Makes no sense. My Husband is unfit due to he has a full time job!!!!

Absolute joke. Also, it doesn't help that laws favor women when just trying to get visitation. Got tired of playing cat and mouse games with my sons mother to see my son so I took the necessary steps to get LEGAL visitation. All that did was burn me. And it still is 3 years a later. Filed child support on myself. Set up the dates and everything. (What guy would do that you may ask? Someone that actually cares.) Well........long story short..... child support was done within 2 weeks (of course because its legal extortion) and 3 years later I STILL haven't seen my son. It's all the mother doing cancelations and continuances (which she hasnt been told "thats enough.") and her lawyer playing games because they just care about money. IM PAYING for her to have a lawyer while IM PAYING for my own lawyer they know that. She's also has been in !CONTEMPT OF COURT! with the system and she is still NOT allowing me to see my son and its been 2 months.....she hasn't gotten in trouble or anything. Also committed perjury and I had black and white proof on camera! Didnt matter. She didnt get in trouble at all. But God forbid it would be the other way around. I would be imprisoned immediately. I've spent 10's of 1000's on getting absolutely no where like I was 3 years ago. Thanks for nothing.

That's what you would fill out in order to have legal caretaker rights of an minor.
You should call the courts main number to ask the clerks office. You do not need to speak to the judge's staff to get the date.

You can make a statement to the prosecuting attorney about how much money it cost you to repair the damages. Bring proof of costs also. The prosecutor will then relay that information to the jurist.
