Very unprofessional extreme hold times wait 4 hours for a call back an still go back on hold for another 2 hours before you even can speak to anyone an they will hang up on you

Currently on hold until they close for the 2nd day in a row. This is the 3rd day calling as the calls keep getting disconnected every so often. If you're lucky to get a call back it's from the customer service dept that can't do anything except reverify the reason for the call and your information that you've already entered into the system to get them on the line in the first place. Its crazy..the last time I went through this I called channel 19 tipline and coincidentally got through afterwards. I'll just call them (channel 19) and keep tipping them off. Maybe if enough people do it they will look into the issues here. Otherwise they're very helpful,they just never answer the phone. I currently have a state hearing scheduled just in case.

Went through same thing. Theres a trick I found. Download a free scanner for your phone. Then scan all your paystubs on login page. Once they have actual pay stubs and proof, you get approved or denied.

It is an absolute nightmare trying to get through to speak to a person on the phone. Even if you indicate you would like a call back when they do call you back they place you back in the queue which makes absolutely no sense and is completely inefficient! I finally just had to go down in person today to give them the one last document they requested to complete mt Medicaid application process even though I had emailed it to them already. I feel they try to discourage you from completing your application.
If your filling out paperwork,you have to it out when you walk in. You must have an appointment,interview, or dropping off a payment.
The building is closed to the public for in-person services however, you may still come to the building to use the drop-off mailbox to submit documents. If you need copies, have them before you arrive.
