Negative stars would be more appropriate. Cynthia Weiskittel, Director of child and family services needs to be fired. Under her watch, countless children have died even though she and her department were made aware of each and every child in danger. They did nothing. They continue to do nothing. Why is ahe still in charge of this department? Why are the employees of this department so incompetent and unable to do their jobs. Fire them all and hire competent people. County council and Armond Budish: How many more children are you going to let die on your watch? In addition to the deaths, they do nothing for all of the children who are abused, not fed and not properly taken care of. Their standards are so low, most children in Cleveland are suffering and they just don't care. Their mantra, "Oh well, it's Cleveland."

Literally the worst agency. Child protection, nah... more like a "mother" can drop her kids off at a relatives house and disappear without telling anyone. What a joke to even report abuse and neglect. They won't even initiate an investigation.

This is a corrupt agency funded through the ASFA, which encourages them to abduct children needlessly in order to obtain ever greater quantities of funding to grow the agency and its operations. Children are casualties in most cases. CPS workers are granted lifetime employment, with zero accountability. There is no system tp even file a grievance against a worker. This agency epitomizes government corruption. Children are harmed routinely for the benefit of CPS workers.

Why is this place upland running still???. Everyone needs to be fired. Continuing to fail these kids is the worst crime in history. Too many cases have resulted in child deaths. How is the government allowing this place e to still operate and do business??????. President Joe Biden needs this brought to his attention!!! ..if I could give it zero stars I would. Ohio in its self is the worst state in the united States. This placements to close permanently..rip Jordan Rodriguez

Honestly not sure. I didn't see one. But I think there may be. If not you can always come the next business day to scan and drop things off. No line I believe. (Don't quote me tho)
If they return twice and get taken again usually they won't go back

I need to get a fax no. And I do not know how to find out who my caseworker is? Can you help me,Tasheena Mitchell
If her kids are fed, disciplined properly, and clothed with a roof over their heads, no. If the above requirements aren't met, I personally would believe intervention is necessary.
