I applied here a few days ago and the front desk was very nice the model home looked very clean and spacious for one even two people it was a 25$ application fee which was expected they said I would hear back in 7-10 business days if approved or not I personally pray the actual home I would live in is just as nice as the model home 😮‍💨

Called after sending in request about info on three bedroom that just listed in morning. Staff was rude and abrupt and told me already rented out. Not impressed with residents remarks. Doesn’t sound like I want to live here anyway.

This is the worst place to rent an apartment unit. Words fail me to literally put across how horrible this place is. First, even with a very good credit history, they still charge you for first month rent for security deposit. And then when it’s time to move out, just be aware that they are going to take away a huge part of the deposit, billing you with some really outrageous charges for maintenance. It’s pretty ironic that they do a real shoddy job prepping the place for new/incoming tenants. The place is infested with roaches and mice, that you can’t even cope. It is a bit curious that the main neighborhood where this complex sits seems pretty ok, close to a shopping center, just a short distance to schools, and also sitting along the intersection between I-695 and I-95, making for a great commute. But then don’t let all that fool you, this place is plain horrible.
