Loved this apartment complex! They were always super nice and very understanding when it came to having to move randomly because of the military. The only thing they do have this weird carpet rule, so just be sure to read the fine print on that because we didn’t when we moved in. You basically have to pay for brand new carpet for the place if you stay there over 2 years.

We have been living here for more than a year and this community is definitely deserves a 5-star ranking. It’s quiet, safe, and spacious with nice surrounding (park, school, community center.. etc). The maintenance is always efficient and the staff is nice and caring. The assistant property manager, Sharon D. , is truly my favorite! She is timely and thorough in her communications and is always professional and sincere in her efforts to assist.

We've lived at Fieldstone Farms for many years and I'd love to share some of the pros of this community. First it has some really nice parks within walking distance and also the Piney Orchard Nature Preserve is nearby and is great for walks and hikes. The staff is friendly and polite and the maintenance in my opinion is one of the best we've experienced at a rental property. They typically get to your request within 24 hrs, if not very soon and continue to provide service until the problem is fixed. No matter if you rent or own, stuff breaks and wears out so it has been a blessing for us to know that things will be fixed in a timely manner. As far as improvements I'd like to see, I'd like to see them bring back the recycling option. I think the solution to this would be to somehow educate current residents on how to properly recycle so that everyone can benefit, as the recycling worked fairly well in the past. Also hopefully after Covid they can also bring back some of the community functions and special events, I think these are always enjoyed by people with families and also for people who don't have family nearby.

I first moved to Fieldstone Farm back in 2018, and my family and I loved it. We moved out after our lease was completed looking for a bigger single family home. Let's just say that didn't turn out well for us, so after the awful experience we had at the single family home we decided to move back to Fieldstone. We love it. The staff is nice and caring. The maintenance is on point. And it's a really safe community with good schools nearby.
