Great selection & not a high pressure sale situation. We were greeted when we entered the store, we told them what we were looking for, Jeffery pointed us in the right direction & we shopped in peace w/o him hovering over us. When we had found our recliners he miraculously came around the corner to help us complete the purchase. They were indeed in stock in the warehouse & were delivered on time as scheduled & placed where we wanted them. We will definitely purchase from Rife's again.

JJ was incredibly helpful. I needed to buy furniture quickly for my father and I was out of state. JJ was so very helpful in identifying the furniture to meet our precise needs. He answered all my questions and helped us get a quick delivery. The furniture arrived and it was perfect!!! I would buy furniture again from Rife’s in a heartbeat. This is really and truly a great store and top tier customer experience.

Spectacular service! We had seriously considered buying furniture online but instead wandered into Rife's in Eugene on Saturday. The service was out of this world and we will never go anywhere else. We went back to purchase two fabulous pieces of furniture on Sunday and were met with the same excellent level of service even though the store was very busy. James was absolutely outstanding--he answered a ridiculous amount of questions with patience and understanding. He also measured way more pieces of furniture than was reasonable, and was very supportive throughout. We will buy ALL our furniture from here in future. I am so pleased we dropped in. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish.
