I purchased a couch today and my sales gal Cheyenne was a jewel. I explained what I was looking for and she showed me several. She didn’t try to up sale me. She was very knowledgeable about the product and did a great job of explaining the difference in each couch and the options. You can’t beat lazy boy for quality and service.

Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible staff... First off, we placed our order with Lazy Boy in Eugene in Spring of 2021. We were told it would take no more than six months to have the furniture shipped to us. Fast forward over a year later... and we are still waiting for said order. Second, the staff at Lazy Boy have only called us once in the last year for un update. Every other time has been up to us to request for information on our furniture that should have arrived over six months ago. Beyond frustrated. Third, we recently called in very frustrated and asked for a cancellation- because at this point- who knows if the set will ever be complete and be ready to be brought to our house (as a whole set). Let me add, that they have offered to bring us a partial order several times (which would include a not fully put together couch- since the console is whats been missing for months). We were refused a cancellation, and told they would remove the delivery fee, when it arrives which will be "very soon." We still do not have a set arrival date, we are at officially over a year since the date of purchase, and for all our troubles they removed a $119 fee? If our furniture ever arrives it will be an absolute miracle at this point. I wish I never would have went to this store and spent money on furniture, I could have purchased it elsewhere and have been enjoying it months ago. Thank goodness we kept our old furniture when we purchased this set. .

Sarah at the Eugene Oregon showroom is amazing. She is patient, friendly, chipper, takes her time, and explains everything extremely well. She is a tremendous asset to her company. If you are looking for some great quality furniture with a wonderful associate you can not go wrong by asking for her. She is there Wednesday thru Sunday to make your decorating fast and fun!

They had exactly what we wanted in stock and at a great price, plus they clearly only sell quality furniture. Our sales person, David, was very personable. He listened to what we wanted and was able to quickly direct us to what we ended up purchasing. Plus, he showed us money saving options and even moved furniture so we could see how they paired up. I definitely recommend this store and will shop there again.
