Called ahead to confirm I could get a covid test as a non-patient and prescribed treatment same day. Arrived to complete disorganization with no one having any idea what to do, just passing me on to someone else who is equally clueless. After wasting 45 minutes total while quite sick driving, waiting and potentially putting high risk people's lives in danger, was told they won't give any covid tests to non-patients despite being listed online as a provider and VERBALLY CONFIRMING OVER THE PHONE. If you actually need healthcare, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The people at this clinic care as little for you as they do for their own patients and clearly couldn't find their heads with both hands.

I tried to get everything ready for my referral to the dermatologist months ago and been on over 10 calls with them and they still haven’t figured it out for me. I am still waiting on my referral call and have been having such a hard time reaching them. I have waited 6 months and haven’t gotten real help. Everytime I try to call referral, I wait for hours and when it ends up getting to my turn on the line, I instantly disconnect and the call ends because there is nobody to pick up the phone. I have wasted so many months trying to just get my referral. They also don’t even have doctors there available most of the time. I don’t understand how a health clinic doesn’t have anybody there to help people. What if I got sick or had an urgent issue? It’s really there for nothing.

Twice, I've asked if I can come in for a COVID test. Both times, they've said "yes, it's available. Come anytime before 1130 am". I went and BOTH times, they said they "can't test right now". First excuse was "doctors are in a meeting". Second time, "we're closed because they're doing something". Mind you, I'm less than 5 mins away and I went right after calling them to confirm. Frustrating!!! Never trying again!

I have been to this place many times in support of a relative who recieves services here. It is clean and orderly. There is on site security at the door. It does take quite a while to be seen but that really might depend on what your business is here. I've noticed that staff at the desk doesn't have very good listening skills. I've seen several clients, my relative and myself have to repeat information. I have to admit that it's pretty annoying considering the information isn't complex. My relative seems to be happy with the assistance he recieves here on a monthly basis.
