We had such an amazing experience living at Sky3 this past year. Blaine and Ryan we’re so helpful with any concerns that we had and were always a friendly face to see you in the lobby. Our apartment had the most amazing view of Portland and I had no complaints about our unit! They host fun events on the penthouse floor and often have free coffee or other treats in the lobby which is sooooo fun. Overall, I’d say this is the best place I’ve lived at! Worth the price you're paying here to stay. It's pet friendly, the amenities are top notch and the cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times. The location is great for accessing public transport, grocery shopping or just to hangout in a Coffee shop/restaurant. The management is super helpful and very easy to talk to for anything you need. Sarah and Blain put in every effort to maintain the community and we often have a Coffee or donut day kinda event for the residents, that I always look forward to.

I love living at Sky 3. The amenities are fantastic and the staff is super friendly. The front desk associate, Sarah is super kind and the building manager, Blaine is on top of everything. Maintenance requests are even handled super quickly which is rare for a high rise.

Great building, The staff is fantastic. Anytime i have a concern they are quick to help dropping whatever it is they are doing. Specially Sara who was very helpful during our lease renewal. She made sure we understood our options and the time frame so that we would not incur a higher monthly charge. I also love how quick they are to fix any work orders we put in. In most cases it gets fixed the same day. Could not be happier with the staff.

This is not a safe place to live. The property manager is very psychologically abusive and has created a very toxic living environment for the residents and his staff. For your safety and well being don’t move here. He will also raise your rent max amount when he feels threatened.
