Slabtown Flats was such a good first apartment for me in Portland. The staff really makes it enjoyable and easy to access with any questions/concerns. Amazing rooftop and super walkable to 23rd, the Pearl, or Burnside in 10 minutes. Also close to New Seasons and Trader Joes which is amazing. Cost of living is a bit higher than average, but the location is unbeatable!

We moved to Portland a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice to live at Slabtown Flats. The management (Annie and Zach specifically) have been outstanding (to say the least). They made the move in process seamless. They are always available and find a solution/answer to every question we have had. The management alone is reason to live here! We don’t have a single complaint. We have had no issues with noise and appreciate that we feel so secure here. And our apartment is awesome! We love the big windows and the finishes are beautiful. We felt at home almost immediately. Location is great. We feel like we found a special gem! We highly recommend Slabtown Flats!

I lived in Slabtown for a year, and really enjoyed it. If I were not leaving wonderful Portland for a job change, I would have definitely renewed my lease. Managerial and maintenance staff are extremely professional. I felt very secure in the building, which is not something one can say in many of the "newer" buildings in Portland. There are regular socials, and most important of all, it's quiet! :)

Moved here a few months ago from out of state and we LOVE it! This building is brand new and has a great cozy feel to it with gorgeous finishes in our home. The neighborhood is just what we were looking for, close walking distance to local coffee/restaurants but far enough to avoid all of the noise of the city. We can easily walk or take the streetcar to the pearl but Slabtown doesn’t have nearly as much foot traffic at all hours. We can also walk to forest park for a hike and stop for a beer at breakside on our walk back! We have two bigger dogs so the fact that Slabtown Flats is pet friendly is awesome, and the neighborhood has lots of places where we can take them to the bathroom! All the residents are so friendly/respectful, and the building management is attentive. Highly recommend this building!!!!
