This property was purchased by a new owner a year ago and has since made SIGNIFICANT improvements. Any reviews prior to the new ownership and new management should be disregarded.

Absolutely love this place. Management is really working to clean this place up. Management cant control the tweakers digging in trash cans but they do call the police and ask them to leave. Great place to live!

I rented here in april 2016. Victoria had showed me a unit that was in a pretty good condition. When I turned in my application she had me in another unit. When I sign the lease agreement and saw the condition this unit was in it was nasty. Mold missing cabinets door. Sliding door won't lock. Toilet was sunken to the floor and when I put in request. It took about 3 months before they had a maintenance guy. Now he comes in to my unit without notice with another maintenance guy. I went into my bedroom and all my stuff from the closet was out because he was replacing the crawl place broad. By this time they had ripped out half the bathroom floor and toilet in the tub. Now I can't shower. I went to the office and ask if she knew anything about it. I haven't got any notice they are going to enter the unit. I show off the the cops. Victoria says she knew nothing about it" manager" know nothing about it. I don't think so. Now I called cooperation. Til today I haven't had anyone call me back. I moved out now a month early. Which I paid and given my noticed. 2 months since I moved out. May 2018 I called the office and it's temporary out of service. I called cooperation again no answer. I want to know where my deposit is!!! Before I call the NEWS REPORT THEM.

Just saw the other comment made on this place. It's true. It's beyond disrepair. Some of the residents were racially profiled and treated differently - many of them lived like slobs, inside and out of their units, and would trash the property; easy access by homeless and transients right off of Division Trimet lines, and they'd come onto property to dive through the recycling bins and dumpsters, leaving a mess that were often times too much for the groundskeeper to clean up alone. The property management company is also unreliable. The best they've done in several years is a paint job, and even then, it was done cheaply through an independent contractor. I am, of course, speaking from firsthand experience. Stay away from Princeton Property Management, especially Arborview.

I'd rather be homeless. Way too much drama everyday. The ratings should speak for themselves. Might wake up one day with a missing catalytic converter, or your hallway walls painted by some tweakers. 😂
