I lived here for three years and it was the best place I ever stayed. The units have so much natural light, nice fixtures and modern feel while still being warm and welcoming. The staff (especially Scott the maintenance manager) are outstanding and so friendly. The location is amazing - right next to so many good food options and a lovely walk to Gabriel Park. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have lived here one year, and just renewed my lease. I have really enjoyed not only living in this quiet and secure building nestled in the heart of one of my favorite Portland neighborhoods, but also enjoy the building and maintenance staff here tremendously. Lorena (Property Manager) and Scott the (Maintenance Manager) are always going out of their way to show appreciation to the residents and do a great job of keeping everyone up to date on pertinent and good to know information. This is a dog friendly building, which I enjoy and everyone that I encounter seems friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about living here!

When I walked in to these apartments, I was impressed with how beautiful and clean they are. There are various layouts to choose from and they feel very airy and bright. However, the customer service I received from Kendra really made the difference in my decision to live here. She is so helpful and sweet! You can tell she really cares about the building and the residents who live here. Overall, I'm glad that I found this little gem so close to everything while still being tucked away!

These apartments are wonderful! In the heart of Multnomah Village. One of the best areas to live in Portland! The property staff (Kendra and Scott) are very friendly and always willing to assist you. The resident social events are very fun. I highly recommended to live here!!!!!!!!!!
