When maintenance entered my apartment to change lightbulbs they left this at my front door! For what reason? Totally unprofessional and disgusting UPDATE: management is ridiculous now they’re trying to say that it was maybe a cat left it when it’s literally stuck to the light fixture they cannot own up to the responsibilities of unprofessional always blaming the tenants

The property manager won't repair their fences, they have a long history of roach, mice, and black mold complaints filed to code enforcement, and do not care about resolving issues amicably. It's August. Your fence is still not fixed. Kids are trespassing and playing in traffic, they're going to get hit by a car.

The management is awful. I lived between the two properties for 9 years and I seen about 11 to 12 managers, I Just moved and they charge all these fees for things that was broke inn the apartment when I move in. The property has many issues such as drugs activity, car thefts, and a camera system that doesn't work , it just there for show, but it do not working. Wolfgang Management is a horrible Property Company. The property is falling apart and needs to be updated. People dumpster diving when you go to the trash. People fighting and being loud at night.

I cannot speak for Sterling Park apartments but I do live in Powell Court apartments. They are both ran by the same office. I've lived there for less than 2 months and the place is absolutely disgusting. The halls are dirty, the stairs aren't well maintained, and whatever maintenance job they did when we first moved in was unacceptable. They didn't even have the courtesy to paint over the crayon marks on the closet doors. I'm a positive person so I just turned it in with our move in papers, hoping they'd fix it but no they didn't. After living there for a month, I noticed there's black mold growing in our apartment. I called the apartment building to ask if someone can look at it. The management responded with you need to keep your apartment well ventilated by keeping windows open. I let them know that we do but that's going to become a problem when I have a newborn and it's 30 degrees outside. I can also see water damage on the walls. She finally said someone can take a look at it but after I denied her access with me being there then she got an attitude, "well I'd figure if you want the mold taken care of, you'd let us in." I'm sorry but I've had people steal things when I am not present, so I prefer to be there. This apartment complex is run by Affinity Property Management so I should have known it would be trash. What did I expect? You live in a trashy apartment complex run by a trashy property management company, you usually get trashy management.
