KATELYN IS AMAZING! I have many thanks for you - you’re the absolute best! I wish all apartment tours/agents out there could be like this. My visit felt the exact same as chatting with a good friend and enjoying the sunny day. I hadn’t realized just how big of an impact management can make on an experience when finding your new apartment home (this is my first time moving out) until our half-dozen tours of the day were over and this one stood out the most. I was warmly greeted when I walked in, and by name, and I felt so energized by Katelyn’s energy and friendliness! I recently toured a really cute studio at the Oro!! The staff was amazing and extremely patient with all the questions I had! I plan on moving out to Portland really soon and the Oro is my first choice on where I’d like to live :) very work from home friendly as well!

Yes, ORO is pet friendly for you and your furry friend! Each home is allowed 2 pets (some breed restrictions apply). Pet rent is $40/month and a one time refundable deposit of $300/pet is due at move in.
Yes, we offer a few different options for parking. ORO offers both mechanical and surface enclosed garage parking with controlled access. We are also adjacent from a permitted pay to park parking lot hosted by City Center Parking.
