There is always another place or property to live at. BUT…what makes The Current stand out from my experience are the location, the cleanliness, pricing, and most importantly the staff. The property Assistant Manager, Summer is simply AWESOME!! She genuinely enjoys working with her residence community and is best in what she does. She is very responsive and does follow ups promptly. It’s pretty obvious the staff at The Current including Denisse and Alicia are all awesome ladies. What make a place stand out from other properties is the STAFF and how they treat new and existing residents. I highly recommend for anyone to consider living at The Current.

Just moved in and wanted to review the leasing and move in process. I worked with Summer throughout the leasing and move in process. She was great--made the process clear, was very responsive and proactive. The service from The Current staff was incredible on move in day. The curb for the moving truck was full of other vehicles. Several members of the staff ran all around tracking down people and getting the vehicles moved so I could park my stuff. I could not believe how nice and helpful they were.

I love living here. The pool, gym and clubhouse are top notch. Great neighborhood, across the street from beach, bike path and running path. Close to stores restaurants and bars. The maintenance and cleaning staff do a great job. The office staff are very responsive. Summer Soto was supper helpful with my move in and continue to be a great resource.

I have been living here since 2019 and am very happy with the building, the staff as well as the location. The building is located in the best area in Long Beach with an ocean View. Jamie, the manager has been super helpful and worked so hard anytime we needed her for the last two years. Just talk to her and nobody else! She is super fast to get back to you and get things done! The building has on the site security and is safe.
