I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I'm sad to say the place has spiraled downhill. My biggest issue is that the place is filthy. They changed maintenance/cleaning guys and haven't been able to keep up with the trash, dog urine, gym cleanliness (no wipe towels for several days at a time, dust everywhere), puddles of mud getting tracked everywhere. It's disgusting... They used to send out regular communication about updates and monthly resident events that they would host. The only email I've received in months was to scorn residents for not cleaning up after their dogs. Another big issue is theft of packages. It's always been an issue and it has to be monitored better, especially being in downtown with a lot of foot traffic right outside. I personally have had 3-5 packages stolen. It's wild for me to imagine someone going for a tour and wanting to move in here when it's never clean when you walk in.

Wish I can give 0 star. Unfriendly staff, smells of urine in the property, package stealings, illegally retaining security deposit, cockroaches, fruit flies…. The list could go on forever. As a past resident I regretted my choice every day. RUN WHILE YOU CAN.

Very nice place to live. Very professional leasing team, and genuinely nice people. You will not beat the location nor find a more friendly community to live in. Although I've now purchased a home, I have nothing but good things to say about my time at Pine at 6th. You will be happy here!

I, personally, really enjoy living here! I am a very picky person when it comes to my living situation. I enjoy a “luxury” feel for the best bargain - which, I truly think I have found here. I use the gym and the courtyard consistently and I love love love showing this place off to my friends and family. I live in a 1 bedroom (not studio) and it is the perfect amount of space for a couple! I recommend the walk-in kitchen style (which you may have to request) as it feel it makes the apartment feel so much more open! The staff is so kind and the resident events are bomb! So much good food and drinks. Linda in the office cares about what we as residents would like to see. I requested smaller weights & some mats in the gym - and she let me know that she can make that happen! Raul is very kind as well, he gave us our tour and we signed with him right away. Yes, it is downtown which has its pros (gorgeous, growing, fairly clean, and LIVELY on the weekends) and it’s cons (homeless/druggies everywhere). But, all-in-all, I would recommend to a friend and am considering signing for another year here.
