My experience was great here @ Camden Harborview. I've been a resident here for 1 year. I'd like to thank Courtney, Marcus and the entire team , the staff is so amazing .I used all the amenities and they are very convenient i don't have to leave my apartment , everything is so close. We weren't allowed to have our keys until we signed up for rental insurance & electricity which we weren't told about until our move-in date. initially, candies told us we couldn't move in that day not caring that we had a haul outside. Once we made a few phone calls to sign up for everything Marcus was a great help and ensured to make sure that we had everything set up quickly as he initially saw our frustration with the matter and he has been an amazing help ever since with everything. only giving it a 4/5 because we should've been told all the detail prior to our move-in date...

I truly love living here! The employees here have done so much. The office people really care about the residents and always do their best to keep everyone happy, and that's tough! The maintenance team are amazing, I rarely have issues in my apartment but when I do, they always take care of it and they're super quick too. The changes around the building have been for the better. And I totally love the new manager there, I think her name is Annalesha, she's already getting to know all of us and she's incredibly nice! The location of this community is awesome. It's so close to lots of restaurants and things to do. My kids love the aquarium being so close, we have an annual pass. Beautiful scenery, close to the ocean, lots of natural light, burst of fresh air, etc.
