I love my apartment. I have a floor to ceiling window in my living room, the appliances are modern and I have a gas stove, all the things I want in an apartment. I don't mind that I get penalized for making too much money and pay over 20% more for my apartment than the limited income renters. I don't mind that some renters refuse to get vaccinated. I respect peoples choice on how they raise their children and how they treat their employers. But, I have witnessed that renters can be liars, breakers of the law, messy, disrespectful and unfortunately the management compay cannot do anything about this. I wish that my neighbors would not be: -smokers in a non-smoking building -irresponsible pet owners -renters who sublet Air BnB -parking abusers -theives who steal packages -disrespectful by throwing their trash on the floor/parking area -vandals messing with our elevators -let homeless into our building -disrespectful and indifferent to the health of their neighbors! I hope that this post is read and that my neighbors will decide to take more pride in where they live and will change their habits so that all our neighbors remain healthy and safe.

I just moved here and each one of the ladies in the office has been absolutely amazing sweet and accommodating while I was moving here and waiting for approval, Kirsten gave me a tour and made me feel at home before I even picked a unit, and Leslie has been the best and guiding me through the process and I just can’t thank her enough, and Lydia is so inviting and sweet and gave me everything I needed my first day. It’s absolutely beautiful here. I used to live at a sky rise near by but moved here and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to the office ladies again! ❤️💯

I've been living here for 8 Months and I can say that Jessie, Anthony, and Kristen in the leasing office have been extremely Professional and understanding! Kristen as the new property manager of the complex ACTUALLY listens to her tenants when they have issues vs the last Property Manager who completely didn't give a flying #@$%. Jessie and Anthony brings assurance that you will be in a safe welcoming environment. The security issue has FINALLY been rectified thanks to the current Greystar team that we have. If LMC was still our property management I would have said THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO MOVE!! However being that we have new management I'm happy I made the decision to stay then to terminate my lease ! AND SHOUT OUT TO OUR NEW MAINTENANCE GUY FOR PUTTING US FIRST!
