Dr West is amazing! She is sweet, patient, funny, caring, and overall a delight to work with. As it being my first time seeing a gynecologist, she explained everything in detail to me about what was happening as it was happening. She dove in and ran every test i needed and didn't automatically go to birth control, which other doctors have before. She really took the time to figure out what was going on with me and make me feel at ease and comfortable. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that would listen to me.

I came in for a painful stiff toe, it was a walk-in. I waited I think about 2 1/2 hours to finally get some x-rays and talk to the doctor. I don’t think the wait time was that bad, especially for a walk in. I’ve been to other places where I waited 6 hours to be seen. I came here on a Monday so it was kinda busy. It was my first time coming to this place & it was a good experience. Thank you to all of the staff!! You guys are wonderful! There are so many characters coming in every moment and you all keep your cool! I applaud you!

She Ready

This was for Dr. Livingston at Memorial Care Douglas Park. Follow up routine visit for an prenatal and they called me for a last minute change. She was super thoughtful and detailed. I appreciated the time she took to actually explain and make sense to us and eased most of my concerns. Would see her again and definitely felt the confidence in her to deliver my baby

Dr Natalia was very attentive and easy to talk to. She was very personable and connecting with me and finding out my needs and concerns. She asked me if I had any questions and made sure that nothing was open ended. This is my second encounter with Dr Natalia and it was just as pleasant as the first time.
