My boyfriend & I took a trip over to Ohio for his birthday & found this hotel right in the perfect price range. Easy check in, the front desk lady was nice. Definitely had a cigarette smell through the hotel even tho we were in the smoke free side. The room had a clean smell but it was Kind of nauseating for me. The toilet was weird, not sure if it was Just our room but you had to hold it down For everything to be flushed & it was extremely loud. Not something I wanted to flush at 3 am. We left on Monday so we didn’t complain but all Sunday night the people above us were thumping so be aware of that. Overall not a bad stay & if I come back to Ohio I’d stay again

Every time i come here i have had a great experience. Charvey and her husband are very nice and accommodating. The staff that works there are very nice and helpful and funny. The rooms are nice and clean. Have stayed here many times and would stay again many times.

Positive: The staff was very friendly Negative: I did not recieve the room I booked. The room was not very clean there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the tub/shower. The matress was well used and the pillows were old and all lumpy. The towels I¿m the bathroom were stained the hot tub/

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, pleasant, and friendly. The bed had no blanket on it only a sheet. The pillows have seen better days and were very small. The bed in general was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The room smelled like cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The walls are paper thin. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom.
