Two weeks stay at this hotel and I must say it was a great two weeks. Staff is awesome and rooms are very clean. Manager Ann went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for the conference room meetings each day. Kerrie was always a bright face at breakfast each morning, and she always had breakfast ready each morning, and kept the conference room stocked each day. Alexandra was very nice & cheerful and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. All future trips to the Cleveland area, the Fairfield Streetsboro will be my go-to place to stay. I am a Lifetime Platinum Elite member and this Marriott property ranks as one of the best overall stays.

Hotel is beyond clean! Service is top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Near restaurants and shopping. On the downside, hotel decor is dated. Needs freshened up.

We’ve stayed in a number of hotels on our recent road trip and this was by far the best. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast options the most generous and thoughtful for gluten free diets. We will defiantly return if I’m the area.

Positive: The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the price is very fare Negative: The fridge freezes everything even on the lowest setting. The a/c-heating unit is a bit dated. The bathroom fan can¿t be turned off once light is on.
