Always seem to f my order up. Either it'd missing stuff or it's made wrong. Ie: if I tell you I want s plain chicken sandwich and say that's just chicken and the bun. Nothing else on it... then why the f is there still cheese and bacon on it? I literally just got done say only chicken and the bun... it really not that hard to understand that.

Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. When I tried to go pick up my mobile order that I put in and they gave the order to the wrong person. I tried to be understanding when the the employees said they could not give me a refund since i ordered online, but they also refused to remake my food even though i said i wouldnt mind waiting, even after sitting in line for 30 min! I left without a refund, without my food, and not a single apology. It's not my fault they handed it over to the wrong person and now i have to figure out something else to feed my family last minute.

Worst Wendy’s ever. Not only have they forgot multiple things on food here, today I went in to get a salad remade for me because they forgot all the toppings on it 2 days before. Then when I revived said salad after eating half it, I found what appears to be a roach or bug. Unacceptable and disgusting.

Decided to check out the new Wendy's, wend inside to check out the interior which was nicer than your typical fast food joint. They have two new kiosks that you can place orders at and a Coke freestyle machine. The food took a little longer to get out to me but it was hot, only bad thing was they forgot my sauce but I can forgive that due to the new staff. Will definitely be coming back.
