I placed an online order for pick up and was very pleased when I got there and the order was ready for pick up exactly on time. I paid for it online with my credit card, but when I got there I didn’t have any of the drinks that were included with the meals. No problem. When I realized they were missing, they quickly filled them and I was on my way. Unfortunately when I got home I found the cookies included in the meal were missing, as well as the order of slaw I ordered and was charged for. I wasn’t going to run back to get any of it but was hoping they’d credit me. I could never get anyone to answer even though I called repeatedly :(

I have always loved KFC but lately the quality has gone down. Service was fast but the food was luke warm, fries were almost cold and the biscuit was hard. The size of the chicken seemed smaller too.

Just got out of the hospital for food poisoning from the chicken tenders we ordered, not only me but my 2 year old son, boyfriend and his father also got it as well. Please don’t risk coming here it’s dangerous and no one knows how to cook things properly. They contacted me saying that people higher up would get ahold of me but never did. The neglect of this place is beyond disgusting.

Customer Service was great,however the parking lot has so many potholes and if you didn't know any better you would think the building was abandon,and the chicken wings seems to be child size friendly only.
