You wait inside for one drink for almost 15 minutes you wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes for one drink they have no flow and move of things its said were there almost a half hour for just one coffee. Absolutely no other dunkin is like that. They should really work on not goofing off so much and doing their jobs. Makes me want to start going to Starbucks at least they keep things moving

Rude staff and horrible service. I will not be returning. Hashbrowns that were both burnt and undercooked (how?) with a weird taste that's sure to land you in the hospital getting your stomach pumped, and the lukewarm coffee tasted burnt. They need to get it together! Would rate no stars if I could.

I actually had a little extra time before work today so I stopped at Dunkin for a plain latte with almond milk and a bacon egg bagel. I was told they don't carry almond milk or any plant based milks, but the drive thru employee seemed surprised when I didn't want a latte? They require some form of milk and asking for plant based would indicate I didn't want dairy. The plain black coffee I got instead had a faulty lid so coffee was all over the cup when it was handed to me and continued to leak after I received it. :( Also.. fix your driveway!! It's riddled with giant pot holes! Disappointing morning. I can see why the line was so short.

Asked for the maple sugar bacon sandwich no egg extra bacon. Usually correct but today I got 4 pieces of bacon and the wrong cheese they said they would replace order but wanted me come tomorrow and when I told them it was thanksgiving I stated I could come Friday they asked what time and I’m not sure when I will be able to go get dunkin. I feel a name card should be what these use for when people don’t know exactly when there able to come back
