My husband and I really enjoy Bob Evans from breakfasts to dinner. I just don’t understand management I get that the hostess has been here a very long time. But, every time we are here she either back talks a customer or smart mouths a new employee hence maybe why you can’t keep staff! We really do enjoy and appreciate 98% of the staff just sad how she treats staff and customers.

Sunday we ate breakfast we ordered the samething they came different. But the waiteress was friendly and the food did taste good. Tonight we went. The waitress forgot part of our meal, i ordered a to go order she never put the order in. We waited for 20 min for a to go container. She asked if we wanted refills i said no but my boyfriend said yes she never came back with more coffee. Worst service i have ever had at a Bob evens.

This place is filthy. Ladies restroom 10 am. You can tell no one has cleaned this bathroom properly in a long time. And we wonder why people are still getting sick!!

Yes you can! When you order online, you can specify if you'd like to pickup at your local Bob Evans or have it delivered directly to mom ($15 minimum required).
I would call first.to see if they can accommodate your request before you go there .I would even go as far as calling now then again a month before you go and see if they can do what you ask.Good Luck.
