There's an old tired red haired lady who is extremely nasty and talks low class, they can't hear and are talking to other people while on the phone with you...another woman answers the phone as well in the afternoon and starts screaming like a lunatic for no reason...I have never seen people so unprofessional , I have no idea why people who hate their job work there it makes no sense. SMH
