Vitality has stood head, and shoulders above all the "big name", and efficient local competitors. Their staff are patient, responsive, and genuinely focused on quality (even during staffing/resource shortages). On the rare occasion that they don't have what you need, and are unable to get it in a reasonable amount of time they expediently forward your Rx to whatever pharmacy you request, or they let you know when they'll have it in stock. During lock-down they provided delivery free of charge, and did so with a smile. This is the type of local business that I'm enthusiastic about supporting, and hope they continue servicing to the community.

Very rude Refused to yransfer my scripts to pharmacy closer to home. Caused me a lot of time and inconvenience. Also. They no longer stock over the counter items. Instead they have these bodega like offerings of laundry soap and kitchen cleaner and odds and ends that don’t make any sense for A. Pharmacy

The worst pharmacy I have ever used, the doctor sent my wifes medications to this pharmacy by accident and we called them to reverse it as we would like to shift our prescriptions to another location and they would NOT reverse the prescriptions and claimed to have delivered them already when it was not the case because the medications were sent on the 01/05/22 and we called them exactly a week later which is 01/12/22. As a patient we have the right to choose where we would like to go. Absolutely disgusting behavior on mangements part. I am moving my entire family's prescriptions out of this place due to this reason. You are better off going to CVS or Walgreens where they will atleast be transparent with you.
