This pharmacy practice price Gouching. They're also racist in behavior towards recipients of OTC and SNAP benefits. The prices of all products are triple than actual market values. They intimidate customers who comes with grievances, speaks their native language (Bengali) even use abusive language in front of the customers, they should be thoroughly investigated for their behavior. Bakery and staples grains are eaten by rats.

The worse . I was with this pharmacy for about 4 years. About six months ago , Dumont pharmacy requested that I changed the address and the name of Dumont pharmacy with my doctor's office to another pharmacy in queens to still have my medication to still come to Dumont pharmacy, very strange and very fishy. I would have to call queens Valley supermarket pharmacy to request my medication, and wait a day for them to bring my medication to Dumont pharmacy. All of this was too much of an inconvenience and too fishy for me. A lot of the times even after a DAY of me requesting my medication from one pharmacy to go to another pharmacy my medication still wouldn't be at Dumont pharmacy.I have also received the wrong medication before from both pharmacies.I had to leave this pharmacy alone it was too much going on. I wanted to warn anyone who might choose Dumont pharmacy as their pharmacy to prepare yourself for a whole bunch of inconvenience and fishness.

This place is overpriced. Things that cost 5 dollars everywhere else will cost you 15 here. But why is it so pricey and always full? Because they are taking advantage of older people who use OTC cards to buy everything from food land medicine( which is allowed for otc cards) to perfumes, makeup, toys (which isn’t allowed for otc cards). So if you’re going to shop here make sure you have otc because you will go broke with how overpriced everything is. The staff is friendly but who wouldn’t be if they are getting rich off you? They do like to follow you around in here though they want to make sure you’re not stealing even though it’s an illegal operation their running.

At the very first visit, very welcoming and friendly and good pricing after 4 to 5 time, still friendly, great customer service but pricing are going up too high. Most customer's receive OTC or Snap's food stamps. They take advantage of the OTC and are raising their Price up too high. it's not fair, they get our $150.00 a month, government money and we go home with barely nothing to care for our children's and family. Why, are these companies who acceptingly of these government help services are not being monitor from the government on the high rising of food cost products or over the counter medicine product. I'm so sorry having to say this, my friendly neighbor's. it's too high they get more and we go home with one or two bag valued. The owner of these market/ pharmacy should be held accountable for these extra high charges on these items. Maybe consumers affairs should get involved on these high pricings. A concern, and caring neighbor. Happy 2022❤️🙏❤️
