They don't answer the phone. Will either leave you on hold indefinitely or hang up on you. Doesn't matter what time of day you try to call. >50% of the time, I am told my REFILL is not covered by insurance when I have paid for the same prescription using the same insurance at the same location multiple times. If you become visibly frustrated they'll suddenly figure out how to get the RX covered, so would recommend that route.

Went here to get my flu shot on a Saturday. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Quick, simple, service.

You can walk in, tell the pharmacist why you're there, and fill in forms that have questions regarding allergies etc. When you're done they'll ask you to sit and wait. The person going to give you the vaxx will call your names. It doesn't really take long. PS: Wear a short sleeved shirt or a long sleeves one with a stretchy part of the neck that can slip down from your shoulder exposing some room for the shot.
