I thought the restaurant was dirty. There was a pungent smell immediately after walking in. There's a display of filthy glasses on mirrored shelves next to the bar. My place setting and wine glass were also inadequately washed. The food was ok. The hostess was not overly friendly.

Oh boy, The light is on but no one home … Food is terrible service is touch & go….. the table is not clean… the kitchen closed before we get our food served. No dessert for the birthday boy. Well This one is going down the tube. We miss Robert.

Had to grab a quick bite with my family. Food was good so was service. But the poor two parakeets in the dark hallway ruined my experience! Such a neglect!!! What’s the point?

Hour Long Wait WITH A Reservation We made reservations for 8:00 on the Friday before Labor Day. We arrived with many others that all had reservations for 8:00. It took them roughly 25 minutes to seat us for hibachi style dining. We were the only two at our table. That matters because they like to fill up the table before they start cooking. I got up, it’s now 8:30, to speak with the hostess that absolutely had no clue about how to handle seating guests and turning over tables during a busy holiday weekend. They were waiting for more guests to come to fill up our table, and it didn’t really matter because THEY ONLY HAD THREE COOKS FOR THE ENTIRE DINING AREA. There’s about 8 tables in the restaurant and all three cooks were busy cooking. We would have to wait another 20 minutes, until about 9:00 to get a cook. Bingo! Then you don’t take the reservations if you don’t have COOKS. That’s poor business practices, greediness and stupidity. I signaled to my husband to get up from the table and we left. You keep doing this and you won’t be in business for long. I know you think that you have been there forever, and it can’t end. It can and it will. All things come to an end, especially if they are rooted in stupidity.
