Such a nice new store. Friendly customer service not like the one in Attleboro. Assistant store manager Michelle goes above and beyond to get what you're looking for. Friendly staff. It's all about customer service. I don't mind driving the extra 20 miles just for that reason.

Nice hardware store, selection of electrical, plumbing, tools and auto tools. Prices are competitive at the potential downside of genetic brand names. Staff were helpful and parking was available. Worth a stop if one is in the area.

I had a pleasant experience talking with a representative with regards to a part that I was looking for. It took them a little while for them to find it without a SKU number but they were able to locate it and direct me to where it was in the store. They were courteous, and went to lengths to help me out. I'm sure that being a new store caused some hiccups, but I was patient and was rewarded for it.
