I love ricotta pie but sometimes the ricotta can be soupy. I tried it two weeks ago for the first time and it was AWESOME. I have been going back every week and it's still AWESOME.

The lobster tail is insane!! The whipped ricotta filling is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about it. I would eat the filling by the spoonful. I didn’t like the sfogliatelle as much because I am not a huge fan of orange peel. However everything looked amazing and the ladies at the counter were so kind and helpful!
