A month in and we can honestly say we are really happy here! The move in process was a breeze! We worked with Sheri specifically and she was wonderful:) EDIT: Avoid building 6 unless you want to feel like you are living in a psych ward. Have been dealing with not only one neighbor harassing us continually, but now another who feels the need to constantly tell us they do not like our dogs. Really amazed that some of these residents have chosen to live in an apartment building, and a pet friendly one at that, when all they do is complain about “us walking too loudly,” or “not trusting our dogs. I can respect anyones concerns until they become downright ridiculous. I should not have to deal with neighbors coming to my door at 1AM to express there dislike for us. In general, it’s just overpriced for what it is living wise, but that aside there’s just absolutely no peace of mind living here. Management in general is fine and attentive. It’s really just the residents honestly. If you want to live amongst the crazies, then yes 10/10 recommended.

I've lived here for a year. The office staff are generally nice if you can catch them in the office. They don't often answer the phone. That's about all I can say for positives. Their doors are heavy, difficult to open, and, for those which do react to wheelchair accessibility buttons, open slowly. In the event of a fire or other emergency, people who are weak or infirm will likely die. Despite the office staffs' attempts to have maintenance contact you, do not expect them to contact you. They routinely miss appointments and will not call you. If you are home, they will not announce themselves as they enter. I have a cat, so being around when maintenance visit is important so they don't have a problem with the cat and so my cat does not run out of my apartment when they open the door. I have made many attempts to be accommodating to the maintenance staff and they have made no reciprocal attempts. The gym and pool are small. Most of the facilities are clean, but few people ever use them. For the price, this place is not worth it, especially considering the need for functional maintenance.
