Very disappointed in my recent experience. Had never had a problem at this location, but felt it necessary to comment to prevent others from experiencing the same inconvenience. Needing notary services, I made an appointment for said services at this location, approximately three hours prior to our requested appointment time (which the website provides). When my wife and I arrived, we were informed abruptly that there is no notary at the location. I inquired to the employee on duty as to why I wasn’t notified of this, which would have prevented lost time spent away from work. She offered no apology, but rather a list of excuses regarding why she was too busy to offer me the courtesy of a simple phone call to inform me that the appointment could not be fulfilled. Hopefully corrective action will be taken and at the very least, sufficient training will occur to educate employees that when a business makes a mistake, the last thing said business should do is make the customer feel as if he or she is at fault. I guess the moral of the story is to call to confirm any service appointments that are scheduled. Don’t assume that even though you receive a confirmation of said appointment, that the location will actually be able to satisfy your requirements.

I just shipped two packages here for ground shipping, both under a pound, and it ended up costing $28. I have used this location several times before recently, and similar sized packages have typically cost less than half that. I’m not sure why the prices went up so quickly, but I’m disappointed and will not be using them again. I really don’t see how shipping can be worth nearly that much when the estimated delivery is a week away.

I just wanted to take a moment to say that customer service at the UPS store in Gunter's Crossing was incredible. Ms. Courtney Campbell provided excellent service and was very helpful. We had a complicated mailing issue and she was very kind and helped us through the process. I have not seen customer service quite like what she did and I am in the customer service business. It is nice to know that UPS has such as great working environment and extremely helpful.
