NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I purchased a living room set and a dining room set from these people. The living room set arrived first. No problems. I love it. The dining room set arrived about a month later. After they put it together and left I noticed a small tear and a scrape mark on one of the chairs. I called and spoke to a lady but I didn't get her name. She said that they would get me a replacement chair. Exactly one week later, 4 screws fell out of another chair where the custom is connected to the frame of the chair. I immediately called them again. There was no record of my first call about the chair with the small tear. Also, this lady told me that they would not be available to come out and look at the chairs until March 2. That's 3 weeks away from today which is February 11. This lady's name was Marty... or something like that. She was very nonchalant about the whole situation, like I didn't just spend $2000 with this place. I'M WARNING YOU. GO TO A REAL FURNITURE STORE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

When myself and my husband walked in the doors wearing our mask which was indicated on the door mandatory in Guilford County and not 1 employees was wearing their mask, I asked why they were not wearing theirs and she replied behind the counter they were not in front of guest. We then stated we were looking for a mattress and the manager pointed in the direction to where to go. Let me mention their were no other guests in the store. So with my husband being in a wheelchair and I disabled as well we had no clue about the different types of beds. Finally after 20 minutes the manager came back and asked if we needed any help. We decided on what mattress we wanted and headed back up front to go over prices. It was very difficult to any hear anything because of 5 or 6 of the staff were all sitting on the sofa and standing around right in front of us talking so loud. Not very professional as a business. We didn't even get a complete print out of what we were paying for and she was insist on adding some kind of insurance if we list our job. I felt that we were pushed Into things we didn't want and this is probably why we never got a complete list of what we were paying for. I feel their customer service is horrible and definitely could use some caring people.

Customer Service it was not helpful at all. Went to the store at 7:52. The lady got close to me to let me know that they close at 8 & it was 7:57. What it was 7:54. I’m looking for two bedroom set. I got close to her customer front desk to ask how long it take to get any bedroom set her response was everything is in back order, then I told her is that mean maybe 8 to 12 weeks?. Completely understand that it was time to close bc saw sign at the front door. Went to the store to look for furniture no to ask what time it was!!!
