These guys are great! Such a nice staff. I have been buying gear online and out of state for over 20 years and i can say this Guitar Center is doing it right. Chuck is the manager and he went out of his to make me feel very welcome even though i was buying a used piece of equipment. THANK YOU Warren Monte Campbell, CA

DO NOT try to buy / apply for Guitar Center credit card with CHUCK. He will tell you anything to make a sale. I travel to this store twice after Chuck called my personal phone number telling me to come back to the store only to find out I could not purchase desired equipment. ( I was approved btw) Ran my credit multiple times(which now I’ll have to depute because he did not ask my permission to do so!!) VERY unprofessional! what a mess!! Very perturbed with Guitar Center! I won’t be back. I’ll shop local from now on. Also, Guitar center employees are always smoking right in front of the entrance. Real great to have my 11 year old walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. Thanks a lot! Never coming back.

This Guitar Center location is truly fantastic. I have bought and sold many an item here over the years. The environment is warm and welcoming. The staff is great. Super helpful. Not your typical pushy salespeople. They just wanna help you find what you want, or whats best for your situation and budget. The guitar tech there, Chris, is super friendly and does amazing work. All the staff there is just super approachable, whether you're a virtuoso, or know next to nothing about music. The staff I've worked with the most are Matt and Brad, and they are both great people and stellar at what they do. Have made two trips there in the past week, and can't wait for the next one! Great job Guitar Center Greensboro!!

I originally posted a 5 star review, but I didn't notice the tech screwed up the wiring diagram that I GAVE HIM and I have two master volumes. So guitar center has to fix this for free.

If they haven't changed anything recently, they only repair guitars at this location
Wear a mask, 6 feet social distance.... the usual
I think it's more closer to 8 percent
Please call them.
I'm not sure. You can apply for a gear card though.
I'm pretty sure they do. They're well stocked and can have anything within 3 to 5 days or less.
Yes at about 60% of market value. You can sometimes get a better deal if you are trading up.
Thank they. Trade anyting but you will probably most definitely have to come up with some cash
$99 for a mini.
Sure they can...electric and / or acoustic
Yes. In both White and Black.
How about you call up there and ask when theyre open

No Guitar Center does not purchase band or orchestral instruments.
Yes they do for sure. But they usually dont give very much for them
A beginner's set usually goes for $500, a nice set starts around $1500.
Doubtful but you can check their website. It includes the inventory at each store.
