Long drive thru lane but was through it in about 5 minutes. Pizza was hot, toppings were plentiful and the service was great.

I really hate to leave a review but after several experiences I must. Food ordered not prepared correctly, cannot get in contact with store, customer service hangs up, and you go in for it to only happen several times. I want to add 4/22. I am taking away one star I came back again and the lack of customer service continues. I come back and the truck is unloading. This lady at the front desk was rude, spoke very ugly, and shut the door in my face after having wait 20 minutes. Who is the district manager?

I waited in the drive thru lane for more than 10 minutes, knocked on window a few times, even honked several times but no one came to the window. I try to go on but the lobby was closed. The lady working there saw me yet didn't come to the drive thru. This is completely unacceptable.

My food wasnt fully cooked and taste not good. I ordered cheese dipping sauce and for the second time they gave me the wrong dipping sauce! The only thing that was good was the Mtn Dew.
