My review is a 1 star because 0 was not an option. The experience started out great. Love the salad bar and that is why we drove 30 miles to the closest one. Salad bar didn't disappoint but the meals were a bit over done. When it went down hill was when we got the bill. Ordered from the 2 for 24 menu and added the salad bar and a soft drink for 5. Waitress brings Bill with drinks added. I brought it to her (Jenna B.) attention and she was irritated by my asking about it. Then came back and said it wasn't there, I pointed it out to her and her answer was ....fine I'll pay for it. Customer service is so bad anymore. Train employees please.

We came in on Father’s Day to enjoy a good meal. That never happened! We stood for 10 minutes and waited and no one was around to seat us. There were a couple waitresses that walked by and ignored us. This was the worst short staff lack of service ever.

Best salad bar ever. Delicious, lots of toppings and choices. Also, any burger can be switched out with a Sweet Earth patty, which is a vegan patty very similar to Impossible/Beyond burger. Highly recommend for affordable vegetarian/vegan options. Also, it is a wheelchair accessible restaurant.

Had been a few years since my last visit to a ruby Tuesday. After a day of kayaking, salad bar and bourbon chicken sounded great. Got to the restaurant, was seated right away, and our server did a fantastic job of getting our drinks and orders in right away. Salad bar was very well stocked and they were doing a great job of cleaning and restocking during our visit. I got the bourbon chicken with grilled zucchini and a plain baked potato. Everything was great, chicken was not dry and overcooked, potato was nice and soft, and the grilled zucchini was flavorful. Great visit overall, restaurant was not overtly busy but you could see staff was multitasking as needed to keep operations moving.
