Terrible customer service. I will never be a customer of any Starbucks branch from here on forward, if I can help it. Dishonest business approaches go nowhere with me. Very unprofessional and flat out liars. If the current management doesn't want to deal with the bathrooms, they should go out of business. I want my money back, for starters. They wouldn't allow my 5-year-,old to use the bathroom. All because, they were trying to close up. They were still open. I'm going to file an official complaint with the higher ups. Whomever is managing the Starbucks on Fillmore Street should be reprimanded, demoted, or fired. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Sheer laziness, selfishness and telling employees to be dishonest to customers is making for bad business.

Starbucks was a disappointment in many ways. I came here to spend time drinking iced coffee that I know well near Japantown, but I was very disappointed. I think the server that counts is rude in the first place. It was the first time we felt racist, and we were disappointed to see a different reaction from the customers coming after us, even though we were paying the same, but we were treated differently. There was no toilet available and it was inconvenient to sit and pass time inside. If you're thinking of a cafe near Japantown, I hope you never go here and go somewhere else.
