I went in today after being told by Verizon to visit the store to print a receipt. The customer service agent on the phone told me he added all the information for the in store employee to access. When I arrived in store today, the employee did not help. He kept saying what I needed to print was not possible. I explained that the previous Verizon customer service phone employee put information in the system for him. He did not even try to log into my portal. Great customer service Verizon. Glad I've been with you for 19 years and you can't even try with your customers! I left the store frustrated and with not what I needed. I re- called Verizon and was told he could have accessed what I needed. Thanks for wasting my time!

Out of all the Verizon stores I’ve had to go to recently for issues, this one definitely had the best and most honest service and seemed to have the most efficient and knowledgeable staff.
