Brian was awesome! He made the process of upgrading to the Galaxy S 22 very easy. He showed me different specs of similar phones and fornthe best price. It was also very quick. I definitely recommend Brian and the Verizon store in Fairmount.

Was at store at 9:05 A. M. (Camillus Mall, which advertises 9A.M. opening on both website and door.) No one there. 3 other people waiting. Waited 1/2 hour and left. You lost at least one customer!
