The staff was friendly & welcoming, with smiles on their face! The room was very nice & the bed very comfy! I got a good night's sleep! There wasn't any 110 receptacles near the bed though. I had to move a lamp over onto the night stand so I could plug my phone in while using it. I've run into this situation before at a few Holiday Inns. I stay in 12 diff Holiday Inns a month. This one had a hot breakfast with plenty of bacon! I drive a box truck. There was plenty of parking for it.

Great location in Streetsboro - close to the highway and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good and had lots of choices, and safe, as most of the food was wrapped. Rooms and decor is a little dated and dark (need more lighting) but the beds were comfortable.

The staff were professional, courteous and pleasant. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was simple and easy with many choices. The area was easy to access. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I loved this hotel. It was very clean. The hotel smelled good, as well. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were soft. The towels were thick. They provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast was good. There was free coffee available all day. The pool area was nice and clean as well. Definitely recommend.
